Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 5.30, Fridays 9.00 - 6.00, Saturdays 9.00 to 5.30 and Sundays 1.30 - 5.30

Directions from Kilkenny/Wexford (across main city bridge):

- Keep straight at lights on bridge up hill to the lights at top of hill.
- Straight through these lights and take second right at next set of lights (Yellow Road).
- Continue up hill to next set of lights.
- Straight on to small roundabout. Straight through roundabout.
- Keep straight passing the 'Cleaboy' shopping complex on your left.
- Knockhouse business park in on the right hand side approx. 1/5 mile after this shopping complex.
- H&F Home Fitness Centre is on left hand side as you enter the business park.
